Do a search on webservices, DW MX has the ability to create a webservice so does ColdFusion. I'm only mentioning it because it's on a chapter of a DW MX book I'm currently reading but have not dug deep into it yet.

Web services?.

Is it a particular webservice or just web services in general, that search pulls up everything from site design to web design book authors..

A little more descriptive explination if you don't mind..

This site should provide you with what you want. They have mulitple banners which display the weather for most any area on the planet.

Here is a link to a page where you can see one of their weather banners in use. Scroll down near the bottom of the page and you will see the current weather for Aspen.
