OK I GOT A BCM50 WAS SITTING FOR A BIT, HERES THE PROBLEM SOME HOW I LOST ALL OFF THE KEY CODES, DONT KNOW IF IT WAS RESET OR WHAT. HOW CAN I GET THEM BACK. I JUST WANTED TO SWAP OUT MY CICS WITH THIS BCM. THANKS DR TEL

Get the Sys Id which can be found on the white sticker on the bottom of the BCM50. It is the MAC address. Go to KRS and retrieve the keycodes. If you don't have access to KRS, I can't help you.

Any authorized Avaya BCM vendor can get the keycodes for you - for a small fee of course.

I have access to KRS as we are an authorized partner but we don't do that for other non-partner companies, generally.
