Hi,

I have another questions. I have cascading prompts in which the users can select a factory name and then based on the name they select, the second prompt should display all the available products for that factory. The users can select the products, and the report will be populated based on that selection.
However, there might be cases where a factory don't have any products yet. Is there a way to show a message telling the users that the factory don't have any products yet?

Thank you so much! [smile2]

Lia,

A better approach would be to filter the factory selection to only show factories that have produced products, either through the use of a report prompt with a filter, or a view to do the same.

I had a similar probelem. I had created a series of cascade prompts, but I needed the ALL or None option. The best way I found around this was to to use powerprompts. In fact, I tried using Dynamos in power prompts, but found it easier to use html/javascripts to filter cascading.
