Question while installing with VMware with NTFS partition???

Dear all,
My HD partition is NTFS.
I try to install Netware 6 in VMware environment.
However, it says "Cannot find bootable CD".
I saw the CD LED light reading the data, but it just doesn't work.
Does that problem because of my partition?

Tried with a another Bootable cd?

Tried with a bootable disk?

Looked in "Wmvare bios", maybe it isn´t trying with the cd?
