I have a site where there are 7 customers running from my switch and when we get the CDR they are all on one bill per se. How can I have all 7 customers "spit out" individually on the CDR? Not sure if TGAR, TARG, and NCOS have something to do with it. .

i.e.
Cust A made 1000 calls
Cust B made 337 calls etc

I do not want anything intricate in programming, just a basic format

nope, your best bet it to use an excel macro to sort those bill into a file for each customer.. sort by cust number and use that as a starting point

You said cust A and cust B, so I assume your not using Multi Cust software as CUSt's would then Be CUST 0, CUST 1. If so you really only have 1 CUST and then would need to use a CDR program to sort on the DN.

I have everyone under 1 cover as cust 0, but is it possible to split up the CDR to show each individual billing group?

Not in the switch. you would need to do that with a 3rd party CDR software program. The switch provides the RAW CDR and you will need a program to sort it out.

even if you keep everyone as customer 0, look at tenant service, then each tennant can have a dial 0 att station. plus a few other whistles and bells.. that gives you tenant to tenant control and tenant to trunk group control.. still need 3rd party cdr, i don't usually recogmend that, it's usually faster to write a macro that is custom for the site.

Is it possible build 7 new CDB's (cust's 1, 2 3 4 etc.) with the existing DID's they currently use? Or would I need to get another Block of DID's/NPA/NXX?

Is there any "tag" that can be provided by the switch for each indidivual customer when it collects the raw data?

I have a 61c

eyespy3017 - Do you have a CDR program running on a PC - a program that assigns a cost to the calls and sorts by extension, for example?

I don't think you want multi-customer, tenant service, or NCOS or TGAR. What you need is a PC based software application that reads the extension for each call record and then places each call record in its own sub-group - based on you telling the software who has what extension
