Question - Report Distribution 1

I'm using access 2002. I need to generate a report and distributed to 25 people. Is there anyway that I can generate the report and distribute it through email.

Want the user's to be able to see it and printed instead of me providing them copies.

Suggestions, guidance and sample of code will be appreciated.

Lilliabeth - Thank you for your replied. I tried and it works great. My last questions is, is there any way to include a graph when the macro is execute. My report has a graph and it does not include it when the macro is executed.

If the other recipients have Access installed (or if they have the free Snapshot viewer), you can Output Format Snapshot instead of Rich Text.
