Question regarding sorting summary records

I'm trying to sort some summary records.
I have a field AnswerB and then I have a field CountAnswerB which is a summary count when sorted by AnswerB.I then created a Calculation Field called GetSummaryB which is a field to get the Summary via the Summary Field
GetSummaryB=GetSummary( CountAnswerB, AnswerB)
I now want to list the answers in alphabetical order grouped together by answer.
For example:If there are 9 answers:

Congressional, Regal, Provincial, Royal, Congressional, Royal, Regal, Regal, Zebras

I want it to be ordered like this
Regal
Regal
Regal
Congressional
Congressional
Royal
Royal
Provincial
Zebras

I have it Sort the GetSummaryB first (reverse order) then the AnswerB (normal order)

Filemaker seems to have problems with this and seems to do the Alphabetical Order first, no matter what I do.
Here are the results I'd get.

Congressional
Congressional
Provincial
Regal
Regal
Regal
Royal
Royal
Zebras

Any secret sorting tips or workarounds? I'm using Filemaker 3 on a Mac!
