I have a quick question and clarification
I'm the moderator for a newsmagazine online forum and have the following question:
In one of the forums I have noticed one person with 15 names coming from the same IP, I questioned two of the names at ramdom via private message as to where they were connecting from and both replied
1. From europe and
2. Fron California
The user from California is using AOL and I don't know what 1 is using.
let me ask you this. Is is conceivable that eventho both have the same IP they are both different people in different part of the world???
or how would I explain one user with multiple names?????
