QUestion regarding installing PowerPrompt

Hello,
I have installed Impromptu 7.0 Admnistrator on my machine, but somehow Administrator Tools are not getting installed. I just cant get POwerPrompts or Scheduler installed. I have tried custom and default installation. ON viweing the Configuration Manager I donot get the Admin Tools.
I even tried to install Admin tools again. It says it has installed it,but there is no PowerPrompt Studio or Scheduler although it should be installed as a part of Impromptu .
Pls help
