How do I block out and make it not possible to receive and send out Instant Messages/chatting? We've just got a PIX firewall and had someone set it up for us. Can you lead me in the right direction for good help online? Thanks.

Well.. That can be difficult. I typically only allow out protocols I want out and Deny everything else. It makes it easier than trying to keep up with every new P2P program that pops up.
