Question regarding General Mailboxes and AA

In our Merlin Voice Messaging system, extension 10 is assigned to Auto Attendant 1. Whenever a call rings in and there is no answer after the 4th ring, the call goes to and plays the Auto Attendant 1. Then, if someone presses zero for the operator, they go strait to our general mailbox. I want to make some changes to this now. So, I would like to program the system that after the 4th ring (like it is now), the call will go to Auto Attendant 1. If they press zero, Extension 10 will ring (which is set as the primary call answer service operator). If there is no answer at extension 10, the call will go to back to the voicmail system, and play the general mailbox.

Is this possible to do? Any instruciton is appreciated.
