Question regarding frozen tapes

We had an operator put 3 LTO cartridges into a StorEdge L180 tape library the wrong way and NetBackup froze them. I've basically expired them and removed them from the media database using the vmdelete command but when I but when I go into the NBU admin console, select "reports", "media summary" with verbose, they still show up:

Any way to get rid of these once and for all??

You will need to run the bpmedia -unfreeze command.

Check fqq776-3354 - It contains the command etc needed to unfreeze and clean up tapes ready for use.
