When the agent is on the phone and a 2nd call comes in, it rings in the headset which the agent is speaking. Although the customer doesn't hear it, the agent does. Is there any way to disable that? Can't find it anywhere.

Thanks.

Check the "select sound devices" tab on the softphone properties, make sure you have the "Ringing Speaker" set to your PC soundcard and not the headset.

You could set DND on busy that way the caller will get engaged tone. I would think if you are using a headset in the sound card you would still get the ringing in your ear.
