Relative newbie with question about tenant night service pointing to an extension. Want to send operator console night service to a phantom extension (say 5678) that has a cover path with two points: rings to cover answer-group first, and then goes to vector to route call to a hunt group. Works OK when I call extension ‘5678’, but when the night service button is activated and someone presses ‘0’, they hear a busy signal (and that is what I see on a trace of the call). I assume that I am either missing a setting that allows the cover path to come into play, or that using night service ignores coverage options. Suggestions?
