Hi

I have configured and tested successfully a short code as follows:

Code = *58*N#,
Feature = Call Listen
Telephone Number = N

From a supervisor set (extension 2901), I can dial *58*2001# and listen in on a call at extension 2001.

On extension 2901 I can configure button programming to call listen to 2001 specifically, however with say 50 sets to listen in on, this won't be possible to program a button for each and every set.

Can I program a button on 2901 (supervisor) set, so the supervisor can simply enter the digits of the extension they want to listen in on (if so how) or must they use a short code?

Thanks in anticipation.

regards
paul

do a Dial *58*N button then tell them to dial the extension number followed by # so it will match with the shortcode

ACS - IP Telephony + IP Office
ACA - Too many to remember
ACSS - Would do it but i don't get a free TShirt anymore!

I just configured a button to call list with no action data, and it just asks for the extension.

Thanks so much, easy when you know.[medal]
