I have run into a situation where a customer has a BCM and needs to activate long tones to talk to an IVR (ATA Interface). When long tones are activated and the receiver is hung up, the long tones remain active and lock up the phone set. If the call is hung up using the RLS key, it always ends clearly. Any Ideas why and is there a fix for this? Does it have anything to do with ATA programming to receive or not receive tones?
