I have set up ext 12345 in Mclean to enable forward to ext 22222 in Houston and if no answer calls goes back to users voice mailbox in McLean.
All seems to work except when the call is not answered in Houston and goes back to vm box 12345 in McLean I get the mail box number announced and the users recorded name but then silence. Do not get any prompt and no response to pressing any key and can not leave message.
Any idea what would cause this to happen? Ext’s and voice mail box all work fine when telecommuting not active.
