MTU 1500 bytes, BW 1544 Kbit, DLY 20000 usec, rely 255/255, load 1/255

in this line... The rely, does that mean relay? If so, what is a good defintion for that? or if it isn't, what is it and what is a good definition for what it means.

The rely in this statement is for reliability. Basically, how reliable is this link. The reliability is based on a scale of 0 - 255 with 255 being 100% reliable. Erik Rudnick, CCIE No. 9545
