question on Open text query on DTreeACL

hi

a query similar to below is running on our SQL database very often (some times up to 10 times a minute) and it's returning somewhere between 300K -900K records in various runs.

Has anyone seen this query and is it normal for it to run this often? thin many records? any help is really appriciated.
we are on SQL 2016

SELECT DataID,Permissions FROM DTreeACL
WHERE DataID IN (SELECT DataID FROM DTree WHERE ParentID=@P1)
AND (RightID IN ( SELECT KUAFRightsListNew.RLRightID FROM KUAFRightsListNew WHERE KUAFRightsListNew.RLID=XXXXXXXXXX AND KUAFRightsListNew.RLProxyType=0 ) ) ORDER BY DataID
