Question on Network cards - Windows Server 2019

Hello guys,
Just wondering if anybody can help me solve a doubt, if I have 2 network interfaces in my server with Windoes 2019, can I use one for incoming traffic and the other for outgoing only?

Is this possible?

Why? Wouldn't you just team them and then you have failover and load balancing?
