Question on incoming call reporting

Hi

We have a case where one caller is continually calling in to both a physical and phantom extension. We would like to produce physical log or report on their activities.

We can view the incoming call long directly on the physical phone, but i am not aware of how generate a physical report of this log.

I am not aware of how call logging is tracked on a phantom extension, is there away?

We are using ASA 5 CMS 15 and Voice Portal 4. Is there any log or report I can pull from one of these tools to provide this information?
