IF they are as old as I think they are then no they won't. Older Nec D-Terms were 4 wire working whereas the newer ones are 2 wire working. Rule of thumb over here is if they only come in beige then time to toss them out. Besides the IPS allows for soft keys and such where the old phones dont have them so why keep the old ones?
Here are two upgrade programs currently out from NEC. These programs run until September 30th.To clarify the dates. The product has to have a ship date of September 30th or earlier.
Dterm Series II to Dterm Series i
A credit an additional 5% will be applied to the terminal NET price
when destroying existing Dterm Series II phones and purchasing the same
number
of Dterm Series i instruments as replacements.
Dterm Series II to Dterm IP
A credit of an additional 2.5% will be applied to the terminal NET price
when destroying existing Dterm Series II phones and purchasing the same
number of Dterm IP instruments.
Dterm Series III to Dterm Series i
A credit of an additional 10% will be applied to the terminal NET price
when destroying existing Dterm Series III phones and purchasing the same
number of Dterm Series i instruments.
