Hello, our company has a Cisco 800 series router. We need to put a domain name into the router for forwarding according to our customer to access a system they have in place for us. We are using a VPN connection with them right now. I had great luck from sites like this in the past who have helped me set my router up. I'm stuck now and not sure what to do.
The e-mail from our customer had this in it and of course I'm leaving out the names and ip addresses but somehow I need to enter their domain name they gave me into the router and have no clue, any help is really appreciated, thank you.

You can no longer reach ...... via the direct IP address, you will have to use the URL.

Firewall on our side has been done (approved).

We are already routing the ##### network for your circuit, so you should be good on that level

There may be additional issues your network professional may need to deal with regarding DNS forwarding.
