I am running Win 2k Server with Exchange 2k and am looking for a good defrag software. Was wondering what others are using? Thanks

Depends on what you wish to defragment. The Hard Disk as per normal defrag or the exchange database as well.
Quite a few HD defragmenter programs out of which the top include:
Diskeeper : PerfectDisk:
You should also defrag your Exchange databases which normally entails having to dismount them, perform an offline defrag and bring them back online. PerfectDisk above can defrag your Exchange databases as well as your HD which can come in handy esp as you can schedule them.

Have tried both the Defragments above and they are really fast compared to the inbuilt Windows 2000 defrag utility.
In the end \, your choice will most likely be made via pricing. There are other smaller vendors who may not be as efficient but can get the job done much cheaper.
