Question on Cisco 3560 Catalyst Switch

We've recently installed Cisco 3560 edge switches some of them we can get to the device manager dash board and some of them we can not get to. Any ideas of what I need to look for to be able to get to this. This show the temp of the unit which I have many of them in some pretty hot areas and would like to be able to monitor them.

You can get snmp to report back the temperature within the chassis.

I think the syntax is snmp-server enable traps envmon
