Question on Aspire w/ inskin VM

I want to change the system administrator extension to a different extension. For the life of me I can't find how to do this! It is currently on ext 401 - would like it to be on ext 420.

You will have to access CM 47-02 via a PC and go to the mailbox 420 and check it for System administrator.

Of course I jump in there and I don't have option 47!!!

It has 45 and then jumps to 80 - I am logged in installer level.

Why don't I see this option?

47 is only visible if you are using Intramail and the system software level is 5.0 or above. I'm guessing you are using Aspiremail for voice mail, which requires a special program to administrate. Depending on which model of Aspiremail it may require either a serial or a ethernet connection to communicate.
