Question Multicall

Hi at all ,

I have a CUCM 8.6 , and i have this difficult

1. two number ( 1001 and 1002 )
2. 16 extension 2000-2015
3. i want 1001 ring at same time toward 2000-2015 ( cisco 6941 )
4. i want 1002 ring at same time toward 2000-2015 ( cisco 6941 )

Test
1. extension cannot insert into different group
2. if i try however manage one hg broadcast , work but when extension ring at same time , second incoming call to HG receive busy
3. i have use shared line example 1003 is line shared to extension 2000-2015 ( trigger busy = 16 ) , ok work ! But if a take call from extension 2000 and place on-hold , when second call incoming from extension 2000 it is impossible take first call on hold
4.same step 3 , but trigger busy on shared line = 1 , not work , when first call is on hold , second incoming call recevive busy
5. same step 3 , trigger busy =16 , i have mapped for each user different direct call park . After i place call into call park , during second incoming call i have difficult to make retrive direct call park ( * prefix + button mapped )


any ideas for workaround?

Busy trigger shows the amount of incoming calls allowed before the phone gives a busy. If 1 is in there, the second caller will get a busy. If you change the 1 to a 4, then 4 calls will be allowed, the 5th caller will get a busy. So if you change all your busy triggers to 16, the 17th caller will get a busy.
Are you using Hunt Pilot/ Hunt List/ Line group to make this work?

Yes i know how work busy trigger .
No i don't use hunt-pilot , hunt-list , line group because:

1. need all phone ring parallel ( broadcast )
2. than when i make call on hold from one phone , if this phone ring for incoming call it cannot retrive call on hold

Sorry it was difficult to understand what your question was from the first post.
You might want to put a second "dummy" number on the phones so when they need to pick up a call on hold they can use that line, not the main line.
