Our Merlin Legend System has 2 distinctive dial tone. First, when you pick up the phone, it has an "internal" dial tone (PBX dial tone)which has a high pitch tone. But once you press 9, it gives you an outside line and it has a different tone like the ones that you hear from your home telephone. My question is that for some reason, our "internal" and "external" dial tone has the same sound! I wonder where in the program can you change to where it will give me 2 distictive dial tone from the time that the hand set is picked up and when you press "9" to make an outside call, so that it will give 2 distictive dial tone. I would really appreciate any help. Thanks!

In winspm, go to sys prog>, options>, insidedial>, >inside (for internal d.t.)
