Here is a question from one of "my" users. Running in web interface. Do you have any idea?

"How can I switch applications within a Citrix window, because ALT+Tab does not work (this switches between the Citrix windows and other local applications)?
Especially for switching between SAP sessions, we need this."

By default the Alt+Tab in a Citrix session is ALT "+".
You can modify these ICA hotkeys by installing the full program neighborhood and readjusting them in there.
