Question for VC++ guys

Hey guys,
I need help from somebody who is very good in VC++.

Listen to my problem:

I want to make an ATL component that will create JPEG images on the fly. The library used for that is called GD library and you can download it from Now my problem is that I am not VC++ programmer and have lots of problems to compile my ATL component. I can make an exexutable but I have no idea how to include library in ATL component and use it from there. Now if somebody could just create a workspace with that library for the ATL component I would be grateful. If not that can you explain me how to do it?
