Hello - I have recently received an MS Project Plan (2003), which I am helping another dept with. One of the docs which the Project Mngt office creates from their plans, is a %complete vs. Acutal% Complete form, which depicts each week's progess. To create this form, they do the following;

1. Go to Finish Column
2. Select Custom
3. Change the left Column to "Less then equal to"
4. Drop down to the date it would be for that week
5. Manually make all tasks 100%
6. Then look at what the plan % Complete is and record.

This has to be done for each week, so that they know where the plan is expected to be in completion! This is very labor intensive. Is there a better (automated)way, I hope???
Thanks in advance.

Are the tasks really 100% complete?
It takes a few quick clicks to apply a filter and then you read a cell. What am I missing?

Hey 6SigmaGuy:
Are you trying to determine the planned % complete at a given point in time and then you are comparing it to the actual % complete?
