Question bout ASP

Is there some sort of an API for vb scripts?.. I program in java and they have a huge api available online. I jsut got a book on asp and I don't like the fact that it doesn't mention if there's some site with the api for vb scripts. I don't want to memorize all those reponse.write response.whatever. Thanks.

Didn't Microsoft develop ASP? shouldn't they have a complete and well organized API available?

Yeahh.. the first one looked pretty good.. so i book marked it.. but for some reason i can't really find where the api is in the second URL.. is there something that looks like this:
