I am doing a report on Windows CE 3.0 and I need to find out how it stores the files. Does it store them logically or phsycially? Or both?

Er, I'm not sure how something could be stored logically without also being stored physically. If you mean 'does it have a database-like filing system' then the answer is 'no', it's normal a directory-based structure.
