Hi,
We are trying to phase out the version 2 NT4.0 printer drivers running in kernel mode on our Windows Server 2003 Printservers.
I have checked the Drivers tab on the Print Server Properties dialogue and can see a number of Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000/XP/2003 and Windows 95/98/ME drivers.
Of course the NT4 drivers are running in kernel mode and the W2K and W2K3 drivers are running in user mode but what about the additional Windows 95/98/ME drivers? Are they running in user mode of kernel mode?
Thanks!
