When I try to check out my project, I get the following error:[cvs] cvs checkout: Unknown method (`extssh') in CVSROOT.[cvs] cvs [checkout aborted]: Bad CVSROOT:`:extssh:carfield@cvs. genuco.com:22022/home/carfield /cvs'.

I guess I need to install some modules in order to support extssh, can anyone tell me what module I should install?

To use CVS via SSH, just use "ext" rather than "extssh".

Already tried, but get the following error

[cvs] cvs checkout: CVSROOT port specification is only valid for gserver, kserver,
[cvs] cvs checkout: and pserver connection methods.

Try removing the ":22022" from your CVSROOT - unless that's the port SSH is running on.

Also, you have a space between "carfield" and "/cvs" at the end of the CVSROOT which I doubt is correct.
