Hi,

I know virtually nothing about Aspects. Today I was told if I need to find outbound blockage, I have to go to the carrier, not the Aspect PBX. Is this true? I know in the avaya world we go straight to the PBX.

Can someone clarify for me?

Can you clarify your definition of outbound blockage? Aspect can go to a PBX or the carrier.
 
My idea of outbound blockage originates inside of the PBX and not at the carrier level. However having said that, Aspect may be different.
 
Do you have access to Director? You can see the number of available outbound trunks, and how many are in use in there. The specific field is called TrunkGrp.num_trks_busy.
