What does the &[0] mean? I can't seem to find a reference to the & in BOL

Question about syntax

if memory serves me right &[0] is the Key assigned to the member within the dimension. If you have uniquness at various levels and the engine sees that a member is unique then it will use the member key ratner than the fully quallified name.
