Question about SIP trunks

Our company has a TDE600 at another US location. We are looking to switch from PRI circuits to SIP trunks.
How many SIP licenses would I need on the TDE? 1 per trunk or 1 per phone extension?

Licence are sold from Panasonic in 2's and you will need a licene per trunk.

Thanks, WG. Can we still use the same Nt and DT phones? Or do they all have to be changed to SIP phones?

You can use any type of handset as long as the Panasonic supports it, the trunk is just what connects you to the outside world,
