Question about shortcuts 1

I have a main form and a few floating forms with tools (fsstayontop). Now when i click on a floating form, the main form is unselected. That means that if I press CTRL+Q to quit the program, it does not work.

Is there a way to have the main form always selected even after you click on a floating form?

Rather than muck around with the way Windows likes to work with it's windows/forms, I'd capture the Ctrl+Q on the floating form, and pass it through to the main form.
