Question about selling software with routers on Ebay

Hi

I want to sell a 1812 router which contains two IOS ver 15 and IPS signature packets IOS-IPS.pkg, SSL client, anyconnect and secure desktop.
Some of this software was not shipped with the router orginally.
Is it possible that this software will be checked up against serialnumber and further invesetagted by law ?
