I am thinking about making a swf file which makes another swf file in the same folder. For example, A.swf gets some information from a user shuch as back grownd colour and some texts, and make a file, B.swf, which shows the background and texts user inputed. how can i do that?

SWF cannot generate another SWF dynamically. There are ways to generate dynamic SWF using server scripting, but if you just want to change the background and text you don't need to go to that route: why not take user inputs in frame 1 and display them in frame 2? You only need one movie.
