Our company uses CR9 with an Enterprise server.

We schedule alot of reports to run, because alot take some time and will time out unless scheduled.

Today I have some users complaining that there reports are pending. Is there a way to see what reports are scheduled and running. I am wondering it some may have been hung up and are blocking the others from running.

I looked under the servers and it appears that under the properties of the job server we have it set for 5 jobs allowed.

Also the enterprise server is at our parent company about 1000 miles away.

I wanted to make sure there was not something i could do before I call the admin there.

Thanks for your help

I found under Settings >> Metrics

Current Jobs
Running: 4
Pending: 59
Waiting: 22

Any ideas on how to find out what 4 jobs are currently running?

I found the "Instance Manager"... this seems to help

Ok..I stopped a few of the reports that where taking a long time. However, the 2 i left running are still running and new ones have not started. Any ideas?

Ok.. I got rid of all the instances running and now no new ones are coming in.

Could the server need a reboot?

The reboot fixed it.

Is there anyway to see what users are logged onto the enterprise system?

I am not sure if this is available in Version 9 but in Version XI you can see which users are logged on by going to the CMC (Central Management Console), click on Servers, Click on the CMS (Central Management Server) and click on Metrics. In version XI this shows all of the currently logged on users.
