Question about SCCS and CP Access Link

Does anyone know when SCCS and CP linkage,was it via CLAN or ELAN? I was told that both could work....

Not sure what the question is? The link is over both E and C-LAN. The Callpilot is treated as a third-party application using the MLSM server to monitior the AST ports of CP. They are also acquired by SCCS over the ELAN. You have to have both connections.

in the cp, we need to define SCCS CLAN IP. But our customer do not want CP to be connected. Without connecting the CP to the network, can the access link work?

No, it will not work without the CLAN.
