question about SAP AG and its subsidiaries

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone knows of good sources relevant to SAP's internal culture. I'm curios how they are rewarded, how they are treated. WHat is it like working in there? I'll be most likely joining one of its branches. So, I'm really curious about what to expect. Any help, tips, pointers are appreciated.
