Question about reseller

I am hesitant to ask this question, so I'll first ask if I can ask the question

I am skeptical about our MAS200 reseller. Its a relatively large company, and they claim to have over 500 companies that they support on MAS200. I really want to ask "hey, what do you guys think of company X as a MAS200 reseller," but I don't know if that is an appropriate question.

I would contact the proper person at Sage software, although that may be fairly hard to do. But find someone in charge of channel developmentand share your concerns with him/her. If you are seriously unhappy with your VAR they can most likely supply you with a lost of other VARs in your area.
