I am using the web client and I'm trying to configure my Symposium users so that on the Standard Agent Display in real time reporting they can see only the agents assigned to them and to one other supervisor.

In the user manual it looks like you can limit who a user can see by selecting supervisors from the list on the User Properties window in Access and Partition management. I know I can create filters but really don't want to have to manage them as people are re-assigned.

And advice or how-to information would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Tralfaz

Partitions.
You need to first setup your partitions. These act as filters, and, if you don't get too granular, they will work well for what you are after.
Example: There are 75 agents in the call center.
Partition A has 25 agents.
Partition B has 50 agents.
User A is assigned Partition B.
User B is assigned Partition B.
User C is assigned Partition A.

Users A & B cannot see the agents in Partition A.
Users A & B can see all of the agents in Partition B, or
they can be setup to see just their agents, or
they can be setup to see just their agents and another Supervisors agents.

Read up on Partitions and I think you will find you can accomplish what you are after.
