Question about Relayfax

Has anybody used Relayfax here. We are considering it, I guess what is your opinion of it, and how do you all think that it would handle about 500 faxes per month outbound and 200 faxes per month inbound.

I use RelayFax, but only for outbound faxes via POP, about 100 per month. It works fine.

What about inbound faxing. Have you used it at all? What is your opinion about it.

The reason I am asking is that we are considering a couple of options for faxing:

1: We are going to use E-Fax (easiest)
2: We will use Exchange 2003 ???
3: We will use Relayfax
4: We will buy some COTS software to put on one individuals machine who does most of the faxing.

I've never tried using RelayFax for inbound faxing. Sole reason being that paper copies are usually wanted, and it's simpler to use a fax machine for that.
