Hi all,
Can someone tell me why I cannot configure a huntgroup as primeset for a targetline?
What I try to do is assign a targetline to an extension, say TL241->Ext.221
If 221 does not aswer within 4 rings I want overflow into a huntgroup say HG01. (HG01, broadcast to 10 members)
My Other try was to assign an non-exsisting dn as pimeset and forward all calls to HG01 from that non-eisting DN. No result because when I dial the non-existing DN, system returns "not in service".
I could not figure out how to create a so called "phantomDN" wich I can forward to a huntgroup.
I know it's possible to assign TL241 to HG01 and make 221 member of this group and create overflow to HG02. That works fine but I have to configure this kind of overflow for about 45 extensions. There are just 30 HG's available.
In short what I want:
instead of overflow to the operator I want to overflow to a huntgroup when an extension does not answer it's DID call.
I have to set up this for about 45 extensions.
any sugestions?
Thanks again!
Sylvain
