question about pix506e flash memory

hi there, pix506e with ios6.3.1 & pdm3.0.1

as planned to upgrade to ios6.3.5 & pdm3.0.4,

1) how to verify if i have enough free space in flash memory to make sure the upgrade went smooth?

2) how do i know the contents of file 0 to file 5?
