Would anyone know if the NAM performs any automatic maintanence functions overnight or during the weekends?
I have a customer who is reporting that their NAM is freezing up. "Inactive feature" is shown when trying to log into MB's. But, it doesn't happen during the day. They've only discovered the problem the last couple of Monday mornings, first thing. Rebooting the NAM seems to solve the problem.
My first thought was the hard drive beginning to fail. But the customer asked about the "maintenance" thing.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
